For our out-of-town guests, we recommend flying into Louis Armstrong International Airport (MSY), located about 30 minutes from downtown New Orleans and the French Quarter.

There are lots of ways to get into the city from the airport. We highly recommend not getting a rental car as parking downtown is quite expensive ($30+ a day).

There are taxi cabs from the airport, as well as ridesharing services like Lyft and Uber.

Taxi rides cost $36.00 from the airport to the Central Business District (CBD) or French Quarter for up to two (2) passengers. For three (3) or more passengers, the fare will be $15.00 per passenger.
